Certification & licensing

All guides are licensed for the sites they lead and carry site-specific permits where required (for example, church and monastery protocols, and national-park access). Driver-guides are separately vetted for the vehicle class they operate.

How guides are assigned

We match on language first, then specialisation and route familiarity — a wine guide for Kakheti, a mountain guide for Svaneti or Khinalug. For MICE we assign a lead guide plus floaters sized to the group. You get the guide’s name and background before arrival, not on the day.
