Cash & cards
ATMs are everywhere in Tbilisi, Batumi and Baku and dispense local currency. Visa and Mastercard work in hotels, restaurants and larger shops. Keep small notes for rural guesthouses, entry kiosks and tips.
Tipping
Not obligatory, always appreciated. Round up in restaurants or leave 5–10%. For guides and drivers on multi-day tours, a per-day tip is customary; we can advise a norm for your group.
