Café Stamba sits inside the Stamba Hotel — a 1950s publishing house reborn as one of Tbilisi's landmark design spaces, all raw concrete, soaring brick, ironwork and greenery. It is busy from breakfast to late.

The all-day menu gives Georgian dishes a fresh, international turn, much of it sourced from the hotel's own farm and an indoor vertical garden — three khachapuri, pkhali, chikhirtma soup, plus an Asian corner and good coffee.

What to order

Khachapuri, three ways
Including the molten Adjaran boat.
Chikhirtma
A buttery, tangy Georgian chicken soup.
Pkhali
Spiced green-bean-and-walnut dip.
Farm breakfast
Eggs and produce from the hotel's own farm.
Why we send guests here

It is our easy first-morning table — a striking room, an all-day menu that suits mixed groups and dietary needs, and coffee worth lingering over before the day starts.
